Veraos operates globally, and your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your own. We implement safeguards to ensure your data is protected, regardless of where it is processed, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veraos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and any provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
Veraos may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through other communication channels. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
